Healthy Pumpkin Pie bars

I tend to “over” spice my pumpkin in some (ahem) “helpful” people’s opinion… is there really any such thing?…I don’t, maybe… but anyway, just start with less spice and then work up to what it calls for in here, just so you can be sure you’re not putting too much for your taste. 🙂
