- 10 Sec. Standard Plank
- 5 Squat Hops
- 10 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Sit-ups
- 5 Bur-pees
- 10 Squat Thrusts
- 10 Double Leg Raises
- 20 Bicycle Crunches
- 10 Jump-rope
