Energizing Pancakes/Waffles:

Get an extra kick of energy in the mornings with these waffles or pancakes. The oats in them are the perfect slow burning carbs to start off your day!

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1¾ cup egg white
  • 1½ almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sweet blend
  • 3/4 t. Salt
  • ½ t. Vanilla
  • 4 t. Baking powder
  • Vegetable oil Cooking spray


  1. Blend all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.Prepare your waffle iron for waffles, or a pan if your doing pancakes, spray with cooking oil and cook until done.
  2. Note: If you want chocolate pancakes you can add 6 Tablespoons cocoa and another 1/4 cup of sweetener to batter.
