Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1¾ cup egg white
- 1½ almond milk
- 1/4 cup sweet blend
- 3/4 t. Salt
- ½ t. Vanilla
- 4 t. Baking powder
- Vegetable oil Cooking spray
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.Prepare your waffle iron for waffles, or a pan if your doing pancakes, spray with cooking oil and cook until done.
- Note: If you want chocolate pancakes you can add 6 Tablespoons cocoa and another 1/4 cup of sweetener to batter.
