Low carb/Keto

Low carb/Keto is really a good diet to try for weight loss and/or getting lean. Even though I don't normally do keto exactly, I still go by most of it's principles and keep my guard up against too many carbohydrates. For that reason, alot of my recipes will be low carb because most of the time, I try to let the majority of my carb intake be from fruit or vegetables.
